Don't you hate the HOLD music when your calling a company to inquire about something? Well...I can't stand it! They should start playing some HIP HOP, RAP and POP. I had to give them a ring and ask them why they don't play Lil Wayne and Gucci Mane. The lady told me she would "submit my request to an account specialist." I still need answers...
